• Personal Information: Name, address, phone number, social security number
• Documents: Copies of any documents you upload, i.e. photo ID, pay stubs, etc.
• Correspondences: All correspondence with us, including SMS and email

We will not knowingly disclose or sell your personal information to any third party, except as provided in this privacy policy. We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with our services.

3. Information Use

We collect your personal information so that we can help you enroll and re-enroll in public benefit programs. That means that we may use your information for several purposes, including:

• To check your eligibility for public benefits
• To submit a new application for you to your state’s public benefits website
• To help your household manage your existing benefits

4. Benefits Portal Integration

To help you enroll and re-enroll in public benefits programs, we may create a new online account or connect to your existing online account on your state’s public benefits website (“Portal”) related to certain government benefits you receive, including the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

You authorize us to generate credentials associated with the creation of, or access to, your Portal account, including without limitation, user IDs and email addresses, phone numbers, and security questions and responses, to facilitate our access to your benefits information. You also authorize us to perform account administration tasks, such as by configuring security settings.

You acknowledge and agree that when we are accessing and retrieving benefits information from a Portal, we are acting as your agent, and not as the agent of or on behalf of the third part(ies) that operate the Portal. You expressly authorize us to access the Portal via requests we initiate from your device as your agent. You expressly authorize the Portal to disclose your portal account information to us.

5. Information Protection

We promise to use reasonable means to safeguard your personal information, but the Internet is not 100% secure. That means that we cannot promise that your use of our Site will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet.

California Privacy Rights: Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83(c)(2), you have the right to ask us once a year whether we share your personal information with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing use.
